Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI SHOP CHECK, a web service operated under the name DDANZG ("AI SHOP CHECK", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

AI SHOP CHECK scans publicly accessible ecommerce pages, analyzes selected machine-readable commerce signals, stores scan summaries and may provide recurring monitoring and email alerts. Features, limits and scoring methodology may change as the service develops.

2. Independent readiness metric

Scores, grades, gap reports and recommendations are generated by AI SHOP CHECK. They are not official rankings, certifications or guarantees from OpenAI, Google, Shopify or any other third party. The service does not guarantee traffic, indexing, inclusion, recommendation, conversion or revenue.

3. Your use of store URLs

You may submit public store URLs for legitimate analysis. You must not use the service to bypass access controls, probe private systems, overload third-party websites, or conduct unlawful or abusive activity.

4. Accounts

Email-code authentication is used for signed-in features. You are responsible for access to your email account and for keeping your session and devices secure. Do not share login codes.

5. Plans and billing

Free and Pro usage limits are shown on the pricing page. Pro is currently offered as a monthly subscription priced in USD. Payments are processed through Paddle. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, Paddle handles the checkout transaction and related payment functions. Taxes, currency presentation and available payment methods may vary by location and checkout.

6. Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Active subscribers can access billing management through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation generally takes effect according to the subscription terms shown at checkout or in the portal. Refund rights, if any, are subject to applicable law and the terms presented for the transaction.

7. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful activity or infringement of third-party rights.
  • No attempts to defeat rate limits, authentication, billing controls or technical safeguards.
  • No malicious scanning, denial-of-service activity or automated load intended to disrupt the service or third-party stores.
  • No resale of access in a way that misrepresents AI SHOP CHECK as an official platform certification.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or changes to ecommerce websites. We may modify or discontinue features and may introduce additional limits where necessary for security, reliability or cost control.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before making technical, commercial or legal changes to your store.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DDANZG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or loss of business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
